Keeper

Alphonse Areola (West Ham): His team could have been six behind at Bournemouth if it wasn't for him. Massive moment, rose to the occasion and demonstrated some quality. Excellent keeping to secure a 2-2 draw. Losing would have damaged their campaign.

Backline

Daniel Munoz (Crystal Palace): He's up there for player of the season. People will talk Arsenal's squad. He has been the standout player without doubt.

Murillo (Nottingham Forest): It would take a crazy Forest fan to say 'Murillo will score and we overcome Liverpool 3-0 at Anfield'. You'd have got long shots on that. He was excellent. He is emerging as a force. He is truly a tough opponent. Pleased to observe his form as he did previously.

Malick Thiaw (Newcastle): I observed him a few times last year in Italy for AC Milan and he had difficulties from his faults. But at Newcastle he's been dominant. He has shown really strong and powerful and appears graceful. It looks like he has secured a ideal club.

Ferdi Kadioglu (Brighton): Not usually a left-back, more of a contemporary style going forward. He has proven to be a excellent acquisition for Brighton. Who would be surprised at them finding another gem from obscurity? It seemed after selling Pervis Estupinan that was strange but Brighton know more than us.

Central players

Sander Berge (Fulham) and Elliot Anderson (Nottingham Forest): Two of the same type and they make it for the same reason. Their clubs triumphed, all discuss those who netted, but absent these individuals the squads falter. They are so good. They halt attacks, they attack together.

Eberechi Eze (Arsenal): The current star. A lot of followers, like my child, expressed skepticism about his ability as the man to lead them to success. Three strikes in the north London derby and now they want to honor him permanently of him. Finishing, poise, he dominated. The top performer on the pitch.

Morgan Rogers (Aston Villa): Maybe this is point of agreement with Thomas Tuchel on - he is at a point now where it is very difficult to drop Morgan Rogers. My view was his beginning was strong this campaign, In my opinion he acted with some expectation and believed he could secure a transfer to Chelsea, and likely desired it, but he appears to have found his footing. Two superb finishes obviously against Leeds helped his club from a deficit. He made the impact.

Attackers

Callum Wilson (West Ham): I mentioned he appeared not his usual standard. He appeared as if he was slower. Yet amazing. That's all I can say. He was excellent. Outstanding in his movement and through his scoring.

Harvey Barnes (Newcastle): A particularly intriguing player. He performs strongly, usually better when introduced, but Anthony Gordon has an injury so he has to play. He missed a huge chance against Manchester City at 0-0 with his easiest shot. Yet possessing the psychological strength to put himself in difficult situations and get a brace was great.

Manager

Sean Dyche (Nottingham Forest): He steps in and beats Arne Slot. A wonderful gameplan. It might have been multiple goals for Forest and nobody could have argued.
